Filter by status

Use the status filter to show only:
  • Pending — submissions awaiting your review
  • Approved — testimonials currently live on your site
  • Rejected — submissions you’ve declined
This is especially useful if you have a backlog of pending submissions and want to process them in one go.

Filter by campaign

If you have multiple campaigns (Professional plan), you can filter the list to see submissions from a specific campaign — useful when running separate requests for different services or client groups.

Searching

You can search by customer name to quickly find a specific submission.
