From the testimonials list in your dashboard, click on any submission to see the full content — name, role, company, and the complete testimonial text.If the campaign allowed video, you can preview the video from the same view before making a decision.
Click Approve to publish a testimonial. It will immediately become eligible to display in your embed widget. You can approve as many testimonials as you like — all approved ones show up in your widget.
Click Reject if you don’t want a submission to appear publicly. Rejected testimonials stay in your list so you have a full record, but they won’t appear in your widget.
You can change a testimonial’s status at any time. Approved testimonials can be rejected later, and rejected ones can be approved. Changes take effect immediately in your widget.
You can filter the list to Pending and work through submissions in sequence. There’s no batch approve/reject in the current version — each decision is made individually.
