Once you’ve created a campaign, BragBox generates a unique public URL. Here’s how to get it to your customers. In your dashboard, open the campaign and click Copy Link. The link looks like:

Where to share it

There’s no wrong channel — use whatever works for your business. Email — Best for post-project follow-ups. Paste the link directly in your email body. WhatsApp — Works well for service businesses with informal client relationships. Send the link after you close a job. SMS — Short, direct. Good for time-sensitive requests. Invoice or receipt — Add a line at the bottom: “Enjoyed working together? Leave us a quick review: [link]” Social media — If your audience is active, sharing the link publicly can generate organic submissions.

Best time to ask

Timing matters more than channel. The best time to ask for a testimonial is right after a win — just after a project is delivered, a result is achieved, or a customer expresses satisfaction. Don’t wait weeks.
