You create a campaign — a branded request form with a prompt you write. BragBox generates a short public link. You send it to customers after a project, delivery, or purchase. They open it on their phone or laptop, write or record their testimonial, and submit. No account required on their end.2. Moderate
Every submission lands in your dashboard as Pending. Nothing goes live without your approval. Review the full text, see who submitted it, and approve or reject with one click. You stay in control of your brand.3. Configure
Set your widget’s layout, theme, and other display preferences once from Settings → Widget Appearance. These settings are stored server-side and apply to your embed automatically — no code changes needed when you update them.4. Publish
Copy one script tag from your dashboard and paste it into any page. The widget fetches your approved testimonials and renders them using your configured appearance. New approvals go live immediately.Key concepts
Campaign
A campaign is a testimonial collection form. Each campaign has a prompt, a submission type (text or video), and a unique public URL. You can create multiple campaigns for different use cases — post-project, after a purchase, specific product lines. Each campaign comes with one widget.Testimonial
A testimonial is a submission from a customer via your campaign link. It has a status of Pending, Approved, or Rejected. Only approved testimonials are visible in your embed widget.Widget
A widget is the embed that renders on your website. It pulls your approved testimonials and respects the appearance settings you configure in your dashboard. Three layouts are available: marquee, carousel, and wall.Widget Appearance
A set of per-widget display settings — layout, theme, accent color, testimonial limit, and allowed domains — stored server-side and applied automatically to every embed that uses that widget ID. Configured in Settings → Widget Appearance.Plans
