Steps

  1. Log in to your BragBox dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click Upgrade to Professional.
  4. Complete the checkout — you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page.
  5. After payment, your account is upgraded immediately.

What changes after upgrading

  • Video testimonial collection is unlocked for your campaigns
  • You can create unlimited campaigns
  • BragBox branding can be removed from your embed widget
  • Advanced analytics become available in your dashboard
  • Your testimonial limit is removed

Downgrading

You can downgrade to Starter from Settings → Billing at any time. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you have more than 10 approved testimonials or more than 1 active campaign, the oldest ones will remain stored but may not all display in the widget after downgrade.
