Profile

Update your name and email address from Settings → Profile. Your email is used for login and any account notifications.

Password

Change your password from Settings → Security. You’ll need to enter your current password to set a new one.

Notifications

Control what email notifications BragBox sends you from Settings → Notifications. You can opt in or out of:
  • New testimonial submission alerts
  • Account and billing updates

Billing

View your current plan and manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. From here you can:
  • See your plan and renewal date
  • Upgrade to Professional
  • Update your payment method

Deleting your account

To delete your account, contact support. Account deletion is permanent and removes all campaigns, testimonials, and widgets associated with your account.
