# Moderation Overview

> How testimonial review and approval works in BragBox.

Every testimonial submitted through BragBox goes through your moderation queue before it can appear on your website. You decide what goes live.

## Testimonial statuses

| Status       | Meaning                                                      |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Pending**  | Just submitted. Under your review. Not visible on your site. |
| **Approved** | You've approved it. Visible in your embed widget.            |
| **Rejected** | You've rejected it. Not visible anywhere.                    |

## Your dashboard list

The testimonials page shows all submissions across all your campaigns in one table. Each row shows:

* Customer name
* Role and company (if provided)
* Preview of the testimonial text
* Submission date
* Current status

You can filter by status to focus on what needs attention.

## What to look for when moderating

* Is the content genuine and relevant?
* Is the customer name and role accurate enough to display?
* Does the testimonial say something specific and useful?
* Is there any content you'd prefer not to display publicly?

BragBox doesn't tell you what to approve — that's your call.
