# Filtering Testimonials

> Find and sort submissions by status or campaign.

Your testimonials list supports filtering so you can focus on what matters most.

## Filter by status

Use the status filter to show only:

* **Pending** — submissions awaiting your review
* **Approved** — testimonials currently live on your site
* **Rejected** — submissions you've declined

This is especially useful if you have a backlog of pending submissions and want to process them in one go.

## Filter by campaign

If you have multiple campaigns (Professional plan), you can filter the list to see submissions from a specific campaign — useful when running separate requests for different services or client groups.

## Searching

You can search by customer name to quickly find a specific submission.
