# Approving & Rejecting

> How to review and take action on testimonial submissions.

## Reviewing a testimonial

From the testimonials list in your dashboard, click on any submission to see the full content — name, role, company, and the complete testimonial text.

If the campaign allowed video, you can preview the video from the same view before making a decision.

## Approving

Click **Approve** to publish a testimonial. It will immediately become eligible to display in your embed widget. You can approve as many testimonials as you like — all approved ones show up in your widget.

## Rejecting

Click **Reject** if you don't want a submission to appear publicly. Rejected testimonials stay in your list so you have a full record, but they won't appear in your widget.

## Changing a decision

You can change a testimonial's status at any time. Approved testimonials can be rejected later, and rejected ones can be approved. Changes take effect immediately in your widget.

## Bulk actions

You can filter the list to **Pending** and work through submissions in sequence. There's no batch approve/reject in the current version — each decision is made individually.
