# Create a Campaign

> Set up a testimonial collection form for your customers.

A campaign is a public-facing form your customers use to submit a testimonial. Each campaign has its own unique link and can be customized with your own prompt.

## Steps

    Log in and go to your BragBox dashboard.

  <Step title="Click New Testimonial Link">
    Find the button on the dashboard home or in your campaigns list.

  <Step title="Fill in campaign details">
    * **Campaign name** — internal label so you can tell campaigns apart (e.g. "Web design clients")
    * **Prompt** — the question or message your customer sees before submitting (e.g. "How did your experience with us go?")
    * **Submission type** — choose Text, Video (Professional plan only), or both

  <Step title="Create the link">
    Click **Create**. BragBox generates a unique public URL and embed snippet for this campaign.

## Tips for good prompts

A specific prompt gets better responses than a generic one.

| Generic                  | Better                                                            |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| "Leave a review"         | "What problem did we solve for you, and would you recommend us?"  |
| "Tell us what you think" | "How has using \[your service] changed things for your business?" |

## Campaign limits

* **Starter plan**: 1 campaign at a time
* **Professional plan**: Unlimited campaigns
